Cost & subsidy
PLANO develops the automation and runs it with you. The SME Packages – AI programme of the Ministry of the Economy co-finances digitalisation projects of €3,000–25,000 (excl. VAT): 70% for small companies (under 50 staff), 60% for mid-sized ones (50–249), up to €17,500 reimbursed.
And the paperwork isn't on you: we work with a partner who prepares and files your SME Packages – AI application, and follows it through to reimbursement.
Eligibility and award decisions rest entirely with the Ministry of the Economy and are never guaranteed. The subsidy is paid to your company as a reimbursement after the project is completed and paid.
